Our timetable breaks classes down from the four key groups into smaller subgroups to provide additional information as to what you can expect from each session. Relax Sleep Preparation, Expanding Perspective, Unwind and Complete Breath Awareness, Concentration, Friendliness and Relaxation Specific classes that help achieve relaxation through different means. Complete Breath is a class focused purely on the 3 stages of breath. Unwind is a contract and release Body Scan class taught lying down, similar to Yoga Nidra. Sleep Preparation and Expanding Perspective are more Visual style classes designed to help leave the day behind and guide you into a peaceful evening
